What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we receive the information you enter: your name, email address and project requirements, and, if you choose to provide them, your company name, phone number, preferred contact method, estimated budget and expected timeline.
Please do not include sensitive personal information in your project description.
Why we use it
- To review your enquiry and reply to you.
- To prepare a proposal or agreement if you ask us to.
We process this data because you have asked us to respond to your enquiry, which is a step taken at your request before entering into a contract, and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not use enquiry details for marketing, and we do not send them to analytics services.
Who receives it
Your enquiry is delivered to our team by email. The website is hosted by Vercel, and enquiry emails are sent through an email delivery provider acting on our behalf. These providers process the data only to deliver the service. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and, if the enquiry leads to work, for the duration of that engagement and any related legal or accounting obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
Under data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. To make a request, email silvasolutions.ie@outlook.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission in Ireland: www.dataprotection.ie.
